Whistleblowing System

Collega Inti Pratama provides a complaint channel for stakeholders to report suspected violations, known as the Whistleblowing System (WBS). Collega Inti Pratama is committed to reviewing all submitted reports and processing qualifying complaints. Whistleblowers are expected to describe what happened (what), the parties involved (who), the time of the incident (when), the location of the incident (where), and how the violation occurred (how), along with attaching supporting evidence for the report.

The categorization of complaints that can be submitted through the Whistleblowing System includes: Corruption, including but not limited to conflicts of interest, bribery, illegal gratification, economic extortion, and other actions prohibited by the Anti-Corruption Law and its amendments. Abuse of assets/powers, such as stealing or embezzling cash, inventory, or other material assets. Manipulation of financial and non-financial reports. Actions that deviate from applicable laws and regulations, company regulations, corporate conduct guidelines, as well as procedures and agreements. Ethical violations/unethical behavior such as, but not limited to: discrimination, intimidation, sexual harassment, and providing misleading information to the public that directly or indirectly has the potential to tarnish the reputation or cause loss to Collega Inti Pratama.

Protection for Whistleblowers As a manifestation of Collega Inti Pratama’s commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of complaint data from unauthorized parties, Collega Inti Pratama will provide: Assurance of the confidentiality of the whistleblower's identity. Assurance of the confidentiality of the contents of the report submitted by the whistleblower.

In cases where the reported party is a leader/member of the Board of Directors of Collega Inti Pratama, a leader/member of the Board of Commissioners of Collega Inti Pratama along with its supporting organs, and employees assigned to the Internal Audit Function Unit of Collega Inti Pratama, complaints are advised to be submitted through the Telkom Integrity Line (TIL): https://id.deloitte-halo.com/telkomwbs/
