The HCMS (Human Capital Management System) dashboard appears on both laptops and smartphones (responsive display). At the top, there is a summary card: Total Employees 1,250, Permanent Employees 850, Contract Employees 300, and Specialists 150. On the left side, there is a navigation menu: Dashboard, Employee Directory, Attendance, Leave Management, Payroll, Performance, and Reports. The main area displays HR analytics visuals: a Donut chart "Employee Distribution by Role" (Managers, Staff, Engineers, HR) with different percentages. A Bar chart "Employee Categories" (Full-Time, Part-Time, Remote). A "Gender & Age Distribution" graph that divides employees by gender and age groups. The interface uses an orange-gray palette, modern icons, and a clean layout, illustrating centralized HR monitoring, real-time analytics, and multi-device access for employee management.
